“Light in the Dark” is about the moments when color returns to a dim world—when hope, even in its faintest form, cuts through the heaviness of uncertainty. This piece represents the persistence of inner light: the beauty that exists not despite the darkness, but because of it. Each brushstroke is an affirmation that light can be found anywhere—within reflection, in movement, and in the courage to keep looking up.
Through the contrast of shadow and illumination, I wanted to capture the truth that light isn’t the absence of dark—it’s the strength that shines through it.
